I Led creative production for all Microsoft teams social content between 2020 and 2023.

My involvement first began with the launch of their social media presence during the pandemic––when remote work became the norm. Microsoft Teams needed guidance and content that could speak to a target demographic that had suddenly grown from the usual tech crowd to information workers everywhere.

I led everything from creating design operations best practices for a small creative team to handle the content engine that Teams needed, to fully producing custom video for their social platforms.

I oversaw the conception and execution of 500+ pieces of content over the course of 3 years.

Aside from producing static, live action, motion graphic, and text-based content for Teams’ Instagram, X, and (later) Threads, it was important to me to build solid relationships clients and stakeholder teams. Trust was integral to our success in keeping and growing the Microsoft Teams account and in giving us the runway to push the creative envelope where it made sense.

*I led concept development and helped build the question set for an AMA (“ask me anything”) series that interviewed companies all over the world who use Microsoft Teams. I also oversaw the final edit and facilitated all reviews with clients.
